Indenture (warranty deed), dated Feb. 7, 1846, transferring land in Elba (Mich.) from Stephen, James, and Polly Hodgson to Van Vranken. The deed was witnessed before the Justice of the Peace, Chancey S. Randall, and registered in Lapeer County on June 5, 1846 in Book F of Deeds, p. 505, by George F. Ball, registrar.
